Lang Van is a beloved, family-run Vietnamese restaurant at Shamrock and Eastway in east Charlotte. Owner An “Dan” Nguyen, born in Saigon, immigrated from South Vietnam in 1999 and has built Lang Van into one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, with a huge menu of pho, vermicelli bowls, quail and Vietnamese coffee.
