Saigon Kitchen was founded by restaurateurs who grew up in Vietnamese households and wanted to bring authentic Vietnamese home cooking, based on family recipes and traditions, to downtown Raleigh. The menu includes pho, Saigon wings, pork belly buns and lychee teas.
