Pho Hien Vuong was opened in 1996 by Cuc Lam, whose family came to North Carolina from Vietnam in 1990; today her daughter Trang Trinh helps run it. A Greensboro favorite for rich pho broth, vermicelli bowls and an extensive vegan menu.
